Members of the public may request to speak during the Call to the Public agenda items in Board Meetings. Advance registration is required to provide virtual or in-person public comment. Information on how to submit a request to speak form is included below.

To provide written public comment, please send it to [email protected] and include "Public comment" in either the subject line or the body of the email. Written public comments may be included in either the body of the email or as a separate attachment.
Please note that the deadline to register/provide written public comment is Thursday December 4th at 12:00pm (noon).
