Members of the public may request to speak during the Call to the Public agenda items in Board Meetings. Advance registration is required to provide virtual or in-person public comment. Information on how to submit a request to speak form is included in the agenda for each Board meeting. Agendas are typically posted two weeks prior to the Board Meeting.
