The Investigative Unit receives complaints against certified educators.  As of July 1, 2016, the Investigative Unit is located at the Arizona Department of Education.  Investigations are opened for allegations that would constitute unprofessional and immoral conduct.

House Bill 2088, Session Law 330 (Fifty-Second Legislature Second Regular Session), requires the State Board of Education to publish on its website a description of all non-test student data collected pursuant to an annually administered statewide assessment such as AzMERIT.

The Board approves academic K-12 Standards for all public school students in the state. More information on recent revisions to the English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and History and Social Science Standards can be found here.

The State Board of Education does not maintain copies of Diplomas or Transcripts. Please contact the school issuing the Diploma or credits.
